I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The rooms were first class, clean, and comfortable at no extra charge, which was a huge plus. However, the filthy carpet was a downside that impacted the overall room experience. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the train station and with good restaurant options nearby. The dining experience was satisfying, especially the improved options compared to a previous visit a few months ago, with the bagels standing out. Although the hotel offered some great facilities, the filthy carpet in the rooms left a slightly negative impression.
The hotel provides first-class rooms that are highly appreciated, but unfortunately, the carpet was filthy. On the bright side, this was at no extra charge, adding convenience to the stay. The service was good and polite, especially when requesting room service at 10:00 for a cup of tea. The location is fantastic, being close to the train station with easy access to various restaurants. The dining experience showed improvement compared to a previous stay, offering delicious fried oysters. Overall, the facilities were up to standard, making the stay comfortable.
The hotel provided a mixed experience with some highlights like the first-class, filthy carpet at no extra charge in the rooms, good and polite service during breakfast hours, and a convenient location close to the train station. However, the dining options remained the same as the last stay, and the iced and frozen coffee was not to my liking.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its top-notch rooms and exceptional service. The location was convenient, but there were some cleanliness issues that affected my stay. The dining experience left much to be desired despite some improvements since my last visit.
